This Disclaimer sets out important limits of the CodeDreams Service. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not replace them; capitalized terms mean what the Terms say they mean.

AI can misunderstand a request and can produce code and text that is inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, biased, inappropriate, nonfunctional, or unexpectedly similar to existing material. Generated JavaScript or Python may contain bugs, accessibility problems, performance issues, security weaknesses, or third-party material subject to separate rights.

Our safety scanning, syntax checks, and build checks reduce risk; they do not prove that a project is safe, original, lawful, reliable, or fit for a purpose. The account holder must review, test, and approve a project before relying on it or publishing it, and must not use generated output anywhere an error could cause physical, financial, legal, educational, or other serious harm.

CodeDreams uses prompt filters, generated-code rules, database constraints, authorization, rate limits, owner controls, reports, and moderation. They are defence in depth, not a guarantee: language changes, attackers adapt, context matters, and automated systems both miss unsafe material and block harmless material.

A passed safety check, a successful publish, a visible comment, or an accepted score does not mean CodeDreams has endorsed or manually reviewed it. Report a concern promptly and keep a child away from the affected feature while a serious concern is investigated.

Learn mode follows a published computer studies curriculum and grounds each lesson in the learner's own code, and its checks and exercise marking are partly automated. Lessons, explanations, examples, feedback, and suggestions are general educational material. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, school credit, certification, official curriculum alignment or approval, admission, employment, or compliance with any school's rules about AI.

Grades and feedback on class assignments are entered by teachers and stored for that class. They are the teacher's and the school's, not CodeDreams', and CodeDreams is not a system of record: a school should keep its own record of any mark it relies on. Teachers' view of a student's pace and progress is a guide, not an assessment.

CodeDreams gives no medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, investment, safety, or other professional advice, and neither AI output nor a user-made app may be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, legal rights, financial decisions, or emergencies. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when appropriate.

Published apps, display names, comments, likes, and leaderboard entries are made by users. Despite moderation they may be inaccurate, offensive, infringing, deceptive, or unsuitable. CodeDreams does not adopt user content as its own and is not responsible for copies, screenshots, search results, embeds, or archives outside its control.

“Unlisted” means link-accessible, not confidential. Never publish private information, passwords, credentials, payment details, precise location, school details, or content you do not have permission to use.

Scores are submitted by code running in a player's browser. We use origin validation, keyed network digests, name binding, profanity screening, score limits, rate limits, row caps, key rotation, and owner clearing controls to deter manipulation. None of that proves a score came from ordinary play or stops a determined attacker, and play counts are likewise a best-effort measure, not an audited figure.

Leaderboards and play counts are for casual play. Do not use them to award money, prizes, grades, admission, or any benefit that needs verified results. Owners should clear or disable a board when its integrity is in doubt.

Authentication, AI models, sandboxes, databases, hosting, deployments, payments, analytics, open-source packages, and other infrastructure come partly from third parties whose availability, output, licences, and security are outside CodeDreams' control. A link or integration is not an endorsement of all third-party material or practices.

The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network failure, abuse response, software defects, or events beyond reasonable control. Sandboxes, previews, deployments, project history, class data, and public links may fail or change, and free allowances may change. Keep independent copies of important work and do not treat CodeDreams as the sole home for irreplaceable data or the sole record of a class.

CodeDreams supports, but does not replace, responsible adult supervision. A parent, guardian, or teacher should help a young builder choose appropriate ideas, avoid personal information, review AI output, test projects, decide whether to publish, understand public interactions and class messaging, and approve every subscription or payment.

If this Disclaimer conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control. Nothing here excludes a warranty, consumer guarantee, privacy obligation, child-safety duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
